Content Operations

Running a full content operation so the founder could stay in her zone of genius.

A US-based HR consulting brand needed consistent publishing across email, newsletter, YouTube, and social, without the founder touching any of the execution. Client name withheld under NDA.

The problem.

The founder was the brand: a consultant with three decades of expertise and a sharp point of view. But every piece of content depended on her personally executing it, which meant publishing happened in bursts and then went quiet for weeks.

The brand needed an operator who could take a content direction and run the entire distribution machine: email, newsletter platform, YouTube metadata, social scheduling, and short-form repurposing, all in a consistent voice following a strict brand SOP.

What I built.

  • Email newsletter design, copywriting, and scheduling in Flodesk following brand templates
  • Substack publication management including formatting and Notes cadence
  • YouTube descriptions and metadata built to a defined SEO format
  • Social scheduling across platforms through Metricool
  • Short-form clip repurposing pipeline using Opus
  • Podcast launch infrastructure preparation
  • All work delivered to a documented SOP with consistent caption formulas and funnel logic

The stack.

The result.

A complete content operation running weekly across every platform while the founder stayed focused on client delivery. The engagement proved the model: one operator, one SOP, every channel covered.
