GoHighLevel Systems Build

A GoHighLevel backend rebuilt from the ground up.

The Game of Life 101 needed their entire lead capture and nurture infrastructure rebuilt inside GoHighLevel, from the funnel design to the contact database itself.

Client
Kathleen Acker, The Game of Life 101 (via DassahVA Services)
Engagement
GHL systems + data migration
Stack
GoHighLevel, HTML/CSS, Email

The problem.

The existing lead magnet funnel was broken visually and structurally. Forms were not embedding properly, the design did not match the brand, and behind the scenes there was a contact database of thousands of unverified emails that could not be safely emailed without destroying sender reputation.

The business needed working funnels, clean data, and a warm-up strategy that would let them start emailing again without landing in spam.

What I built.

  • Lead magnet funnel rebuild with custom HTML/CSS matching the brand identity
  • Custom form embedding and styling inside GoHighLevel pages
  • Two-sequence email warm-up campaign to rebuild sender reputation safely
  • Contact list cleaning and verification across the full database
  • 4,500+ verified contacts imported in structured batches
  • Weekly progress reports documenting every change for the client
  • Webinar workflow configuration and funnel design fixes

The stack.

The result.

Working funnels, a clean verified database, and a warm-up path that protects deliverability. The client got weekly written reports through the whole engagement, so nothing happened in a black box.
